General conditions:

• The transfer of tickets is not allowed, since they are nominative and, in no case, will the amount of the ticket be reimbursed.
• The access identification granted to the event registration must be carried at all times.
• The capacity of the rooms of the space for the event, will be subject to the control of attendance and in the common rooms according to the order of arrival of the attendees.
• There may be unforeseen changes in the agenda due to force majeure.
• In case of cancellation for reasons of force majeure (health situation), the date of the event will be postponed. The tickets will be valid for the new date, but the amount of the ticket will not be refunded.
• It reserves the right of admission.
• Throughout the event, the use of masks is mandatory and current sanitary recommendations must be complied with.

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, we inform you that the personal data and email address, collected from the interested party in the process of purchasing tickets, will be processed under the responsibility of ASOCIACION Hackplayers for sending communications and management of the conference h-c0n 2022,The processing of Personal Data is necessary to access the conference. Otherwise, it is not possible to access the event. The data will not be communicated to third parties, unless legally obliged to do so. By attending the event, the user authorises the use of images of the conference on the website and social networks of the event for the purpose of disseminating the congress.
